NEW Levi's Curve ID

Every woman ALWAYS wants to have the perfect pair of jeans. The kind that don't show your ass crack, accentuate your "ass-ets", elongate your legs & LORD FORBID they give you muffintop!

WELL, Levi's has the answer (I hope)!  Levi's Curve ID.  As the website says, they celebrate the true curves of a woman with four distinct fits that address a diverse range of body shapes.  I love this because I mean, there is no woman in the World that is shaped JUST LIKE YOU.  Of course you want a pair of jeans that fit you like a glove.  I'm HOPING these jeans come through for me, for us all.

Before the 4th of July weekend, I went to the Levi's store in Allen, TX, at the Allen Premium Outlets and I found my trust pair of white jeans.  I was SO happy, cause I thought I was never going to find a pair.  I've worn them a good 4 times now, and they have actually shaped to my body, and I HATE to have to wash them, but that day is gonna come lol...

Ok, so after answering a set of about 5 questions, I'm a BOLD CURVE

(remember this is a SHAPE not a SIZE)

below are a few of the jeans that I liked...

(I'll never forget, Oprah said that dark wash ALWAYS slims you...and it does!)

I can not WAIT to get a pair!

I'm a sucker for STRIPES!

I used to always hear that horizontal stripes made you look wider and vertical stripes make you look taller...HONESTLY they all look the same to me: CUTE!

I think what makes me like them SO MUCH is because SO MUCH can be done with them...

mixing the stripes with a solid REALLY makes the pattern stick out and you can dress them UP or down, anywhere from a striped button-up for work , or a striped tank for the club or just to chill. 

And then it seems like I can put ANY color accessories with ANY color combo of stripes.  I picked a FEW faves....lemme see how I would "jazz" them up:

1.  maybe a white tank, or an off-the-shoulder top...wouldn't go with the blue or red color, there's already enough color in the skirt, and I could do more up top with the blank canvas that is white...now as far as what shoes I would wear, THEN I would go with the blue or red, maybe a strappy sandal or a nude maybe, that's ANOTHER favorite for me this year

2.  you really don't have to do MUCH, seeing as though it's a dress and you kinda wanna be simple....I'm thinking maybe gold bangles and gold flats, nothing extravagant

3.  I've worn something VERY similar to this, I got A LOT of compliments on it....I wore a multi-chain necklace with it, hang low, and it was PERFECT

4.  t-shirt and jeans, you can never go wrong....gray skinny jeans maybe, or black, OR white, with black sandals...VERY casual

5.  ANY color sandals, DARK denim jeans would be cute....

6.  I LOVE this jacket....ADORE it, reminds me of the club!  I could put ANY color under it, I'm thinking red, or royal blue, or yellow....and THEN pair it with a SLIMMING pair of black tights, LOVE IT!

7.  this could be the same as 8., I would do black tights OR jeans, skinny ones of course, and PROBABLY a white cami OR tank, or white tee, and black flip flops....COMFY!

8.  they remind me SO much of the beach, California OR Florida, South Beach....I see a pair of gold-trimmed aviators, an oversized white button-up, OR shirt, with the nude sandals, strappy ones....gold accessories would be PERFECT!

As y'all can see, YUP I love stripes...LOVE them LoL...

Jennifer Hudson in Herve Leger on 106 & Park

the beautiful Jennifer Hudson showed up on BET's 106 & Park yesterday looking just as slim & trim as she wants to be, SO proud of her, she's DEFINITELY an inspiration to me...now the SUBJECT AT HAND is what she was wearing.  My first reaction when I saw the dress, Herve Leger by Max Azria, was "eh", I just was NOT feeling it.  It looked very elementary, very pre-schoolish, little ballerina.  Now the SHOES, she DID THAT with the "Chrissy Lous", she gotta WORK IT to wear that shoe!  

So what do Y'ALL think..."YOU GO GIRL!" or "OH NO BOO!"?

My friend Chevron is getting MARRIED and I'm SO excited to go to ANOTHER wedding!

I'm trying to step outside of the box and try colors OTHER than black, and if I DO go with black, I'll accessorize with bold, bright colors...and a SEXY ass shoe!
OF COURSE I wanna make sure the "girls" look good, and the waistline looks slim : )

It's OFFICIAL: H&M Is Coming To Dallas!!!

YES! You read RIGHT!  H&M is opening their FIRST location in the 

LONE STAR STATE in 2001 (the 2nd half of the year, to be exact)!

OF COURSE, the new store will be located in the MECA of shopping: NORTHPARK MALL.

I can't believe it's FINALLY coming, and in MY opinion, I think it should have BEEN here, like a LOOOOOOONG time ago, I mean it's DALLAS *shrugs* COME ON!

I went to H&M for the 1st time in March on my Victoria's Secret "Love Your Body"vacation, and it was AWESOME, and great, CHEAP prices....I AM SO EXCITED!
