Shannon Finley and Charles Crostley have been indicted in the racially motivated hit-and-run, dragging death of 24-year-old Brandon McClelland. His body was found on a country road in East Texas (Paris) September 16th.
Authorities are saying that the two suspects purposely ran over McClelland, who happened to be their friend for years, following an argument on their way home.
Some say that this case brings back memories of the James Byrd dragging case 10 years ago in Jasper Texas.
This is just sad people...you would think that things had changed, BUT I guess not.
