I CAN DO IT....MOTIVATION!

I was catching up on my blog commenting this morning & came across this AWESOME challenge on Miss.Fortune's blog...I REALLY got excited, and I THINK it's only fit that I start AFTER feeding my face for all of the Mother's Day celebrations:

I say go for it! I found the same workout challenge on my tumblr but I have yet to start doing it. Now that I'm eating healthier its only right that I add more to my weight loss journey by incorporating exercise :)

girl...I only got to the 10 minutes of running, which made me feel REALLY good, I do a few sit ups every day here and there lol..GOOD LUCK to you girl

I've been doing the jumping jacks and leg lifts when I really need to be doing those crunches lol

SO, my roommate and I DID NOT do this workout LoL...it was just TOO MUCH, we went with a toning workout, 8 sets for a minute each, and we love it!
