Beyonce looked STUNNING as usual in her baby blue, with a little "peek-a-boo', in a classy way @ Billboard's 4th Annual Women In Music Event @ The Pierre Hotel, Friday, October 2nd in NEW YORK CITY...she accepted the "Woman of the Year" Award...that's MY GIRL!But what REALLY caught my eye is that 4-finger ring...so different, that's what I LIKE!
